I will be buying a new one I must not know my owe strength as I went to remove the head and broke the device. Needless to say my stupidity has nothing to do with the quality of this product for the short amount of time that I did have it the spin brush worked like a charm did exactly what it was supposed to do.

Received today; does not work
I received this today and it does not work. Highly disappointed. The first one I ordered lasted two weeks; This one came today inside a box that was ripped like someone else had opened and returned it (picture attached of after I had pushed it back in to look presentable for when I return it). I inserted 4 new batteries and it did not work. I tried 4 more new batteries and it still did not work. So annoyed!!!!!!! Fix your product Vanity Planet; this is ridiculous. The first one was sold by Impact 3000 the 2nd by Vanity Planet but both were vanity planet brand.
