We have several of these. They fit great, the look great and you can't beat the price. It fits the LG Volt like a glove. When you lay the phone down face down, there case gives you a millimeter of clearance to protect the screen--this also makes it really easy and convenient to pick it up and put it down. All the cutouts for the camera, buttons, etc are right where they should be. The texture gets better as the phone ages--it isn't slimy like Silicon, it isn't cheap like plastic, and it gives a good grip. With the Samsung S5, and many other phones, the phones without case are a bit slippery. The texture will help keep it in your pocket.
We have dropped the phones many times in this case on the floor, and so far, everything survived. Recommend you don't drop it to find out. It won't give the same protection as a bulky monster case, but it is a nice balance between the size and weight vs the protection it affords. Highly recommended.
