    Working as a baker, I normally do wear a chef jacket. I have a few white jackets, but I wanted something that wouldn't stain quite as easily. The darker color does indeed help to hide the occasional stain, be it cocoa powder, fruit and carbon residue left on sheet trays. The sleeves are great for heat resistance and the jacket is easy enough to button up.

    The only issue I have with it is that I have found a few long pieces of string from the stitches, most notably in the breast pocket. Aside from that, this jacket will do its job quite well. I've had mine for a few months and they've lasted comfortably so far.
