I happen to be thin, so I can eat as many as I want... except I don't. Even though they are "healthier" than most other candy, it's still sugar. :-( However, if you don't care about getting diabetes, then eat tons of these. They really do taste great, and they won't make you quite as unhealthy as eating the more chemical alternates (that also taste great).
