    I've had these for a few weeks, and so far I'm quite impressed. They're gorgeous, easy to clean (so you won't slice off your fingers trying to scrub bite of random veggies off the blade) and thus far they've sliced through everything I've used them for like buttah. Veggies, pork loin, eye of round - no problems. The smallest size is perfect as a multipurpose kitchen knife for my smaller hands.

    I'll amend my review of my opinion changes, but for now I'm definitely recommending this knife set!

    The handle fell off the paring knife after two days of use. The knives are light weight and feel cheap. To be fair, they are cheap. It's not like I dropped a fortune on knives and they do the job, but still. It would have been nice to get at least a month without breakage.
