Didn't shift spots on hand

This product has been disappointing for me. I used it twice a day for 8 weeks on a pigmented spot on my hand and it has only faded minimally (hardly any difference) in that time. It may be that age spots on the hand are just too much for it. On the plus side, the clear serum has a nice, smooth texture that doesn't irritate.
