
No-Bake Gluten-Free Granola Bars

- 1 cup SunButter Organic Sunflower Butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 scoops Truvani Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp. Redmond Real Salt Ancient Sea Salt
- 1-1/2 cups Bob’s Red Mill Paleo Flour
- 1 cup Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Hu Kitchen Dark Chocolate Chips
- Line 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In large bowl, combine sunflower butter, vanilla extract, honey, protein powder and salt until fully incorporated. Mix in flour, oats, cranberries and chocolate chips until well combined.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan, pressing down with spoon to make sure mixture gets into the corners and edges of pan. Smooth out top.
- Refrigerate at least one hour.
- To serve, slice into 8 bars.
