  • Keyboard stands shouldn't rock literally

Product comes disassembled with great instructions. Unfortunately, once assembled, the pieces don't fit together well and no amount of tightening will make them fit. I even tried wood shims (pictured). When playing at standing height, keyboard rocks front-back about one inch

My keyboard stand broke, and I'm a but strapped for cash so I decided to buy this. I'm not saying this is a bad stand, because it does what it needs to do, but after about a month screws started becoming loose and falling off. I've mananged to keep it to together, as nothing major has gone wrong yet. So for a cheap stand, go with this, but others with better build quality are a better choice though pricier.

On-Stage makes a wide variety of stands and I use many of them. Keep in mind that if you have a $2,500 keyboard, why are you putting it on a $20 stand?
