
Perfect Pumpkin Spice Latte

- 2 shots espresso
- 1 cup organic oat milk
- 1 Tbsp. organic maple syrup (or brown sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. organic pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. Simply Organic Pumpkin Spice
Optional
- Dollop dairy-free whipped cream
- In small saucepan over medium heat, heat oat milk to boil, stirring.
- In blender, combine espresso, pumpkin puree, maple syrup or brown sugar, hot oat milk and pumpkin spice. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in mug or glass and top with dairy-free whipped cream, if desired.
