I purchased one of these to use with a bunch of cymbals I have, including a 23" "sweet" ride. I ended up returning it, because it ended up being overkill for my current use cases, but I was very impressed with the apparent sturdiness, quality and ease of use.

I have a lot of cymbals for my kit so this has made my life easier transporting from gig to gig. Over all the quality is great and I don't really see any weak spots.

You won't be disappointed. Tough solid construction to protect your cymbals. Pricey but worth every penny.

Both wheels broke after three minute walk to venue

Overall this case seems pretty good. My case arrived in the mail, i loaded it it up with only 5 cymbals and to a gig i went. I had a gig at the house of blues in Anaheim CA and the walk from where you park to the venue is about a good 5 minute walk. A little over half way the case starts bouncing and i notice its getting harder and harder to pull. Both wheels have basically warped and were rubbing on the wheel housing. one was almost locked up solid and the second was on its way. After a three minute walk on flat ground both wheels give out. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Who cares what the rest of the case is like. If the wheels are useless after a three minute walk, thats pretty much telling you right there the quality of the wheels and the housing they are in. I called SKB and they did ship me spare wheels but now i have to drill out the wheel housings that are rivited in and screw on the new wheels and wheel housing with the parts supplied by SKB. By the way, the wheels retail for 2 bucks on the SKB site so that should tell you right there the quality of their wheels.
