Gibraltar Hex Ball L-Style Tom Arm

I purchased two of the for my Mapex Armoury rack toms to use instead of the mounts that came with the kit. This makes my set up much easier because use the Gibraltar mounts in a separate stand rather than the original clamp type mounts that attach to a cymbal stand Much easier tom placement over the kick

The Gibraltar tom arms all work great, I can't give it a bad review, but it is advertised as a Remo compatible tom holder. Although it looks perfect, and is the correct hexagonal shape, it is ever so slightly smaller than the old Remo Mastertouch (Encore, Bravo) tom arms. If you slide the Remo tom mount onto one of these holders, it will not tighten tight enough to hold it. That being said, I used two of these at my home on a set that doesn't get moved around. I put a little duct tape on the holder and the mount tightened right up. But I wouldn't want to use it on a kit that I moved regularly. Cheers!

I got a Gibraltar curved drum rack full front with a side curved extension on either side of it. I put my pdp birch set on it and it holds up amazingly! Originally I tried using the pdp stock double tom holder but it was useless. So instead I put up a few of these for my toms and they�ۡ���ve always held rock-solid! Gibraltar makes the best racks!
