Perfect for my needs. Sturdy, good quality, can hold many, many pedals. The bag it comes with is nice, I can fit all my cables in the two pockets. I like that it comes with Velcro, but I would recommend buying industrial strength Velcro from your local hardware store, because it will be much more secure, and it's really not expensive. I can turn my board upside down and shake it and not even my heavy wah comes off!! I think this is a better value than the one that comes with a power supply. Get this board and then buy a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 Plus and you're set. You can even mount the Voodoo labs pedal power UNDER the board with Velcro, which conserves space. But to do this you HAVE to raise the front part where the handle is. (I velcroed a 1/2" piece of wood to the underside). I highly recommend this pedal board, you will love it

  • Best functional, decent size board for the bux.

plywood painted black with tolex affixed with contact cement.....you see it when you turn it over the first time. Be that as it may. it looks good from the top. Velcro loop mat covers most of it. It has a sturdy handle and the case is fairly heavy including the zipper. The front has a strip running the width of the board elevating the front some 3" so it tilts at you. there are 4 inserts on the bottom and 4 bolts to attach the power supply that comes with the next price point up. There's a slot at the top of the board for power cables to pass through if you mount your PS on the bottom. On the top I've got a voodoo Iso 5, 7 "micro" or std. MXR size pedals, one double pedal and one mini. It's full and it works. The case has a large pocket with a good velcro flap for cables etc.. Considering what else is out there, If you're downsizing and gig regularly, it works and a decent value. It's wood, so you can screw down cable stays and loops and stuff if you want too. Way better than plastic.

As a bassist I was looking for a way to organize connections and power cables for my pedals and didn't want to spend much. I have 5 pedals (AB switch, tuner, compressor, chorus, looper) and this pedal board was a perfect fit. Now set up and tear down of my pedals at the gig takes less than 5 minutes. Combined with the carry bag (w/ large pocket for extension cord, backup cables, etc.) this is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.

Feels sturdy, nice angle for pedal access. Plenty of room for my 3 pedals, may add one more. Plenty of velcro and tge case is a plus. Perfect for this weekend warrior.

This board has more space for pedals than I thought it would. I am a bass player who uses effects very sparingly and like them subtle when I do use them. I was able to mount 7 pedals and still have space left for 1 or 2 more if needed. My pedals are tuner, chorus, delay, POG octave, 2 A/B boxes (use 2 bass guitars & a combination of 2 MarkBass amps 1- CMD 12 & a 15). I also use an "Air Turn" pedal since I play with different groups and styles of music I keep all my music & chord sheets on a Samsung tablet. The guitar player liked the pedal board so much he had his wife buy him one for Christmas. Make sure to put the lower end of the pedal board in the bag first, otherwise it is hard to get it in the bag. I should have looked at the instructions first (but guys don't usually read the instructions)

  • Great Value for the money!

I had doubts about this at first as I had read some (negative)reviews that claimed that it was made from particle board. I contacted Gator, they didn't deny or confirm the particle board rumor, but did inform me that the unit is very strong and if damaged they will replace after assessment. That being said, the only con I have about it is lack of a slot in the middle for routing cables and because of that, I give it 4 stars. As you can see by my photo (Armed and Dangerous) I have a couple of custom made effects; you can fit alot on to this board. Just to give some size perspective, the red box to the left of the Arion SCH-1 is a 1590B and the big silver box beneath the Arion is a 1590BB enclosure. I us a Hosa ACD-477 to power all this which unfortunately will not fit underneath comfortably, so I recommend a 1Spot if you don't want to spend a lot of $$ to power your rig.
