When I bought this I was expecting a flexible piece like what was on the guitar but when I got it, it was hard formed plastic but contour matched guitar very nice, so all worked out fine, probably better than original piece.

Doesn't come with screws and GC doesn't sell them separately. I've seen other similar jack plates for sale elsewhere and they always come with screws, and for less $$.
