    I bleached my hair a bunch of times and this was recommended to revitalize my damaged hair. My hair definitely looks and feels better after using it. Though it is an oil it doesn't give my hair that oily feeling and absorbs really well. I apply it to my hair after showering, making sure my hair is towel dry. First I apply it to my tips first before running through my hair from root to tip so that it will absorb in the more damaged parts of hair. It definitely isn't for all hair types. My hair type is thin, asian, and ran on the oily side before I started bleaching and dying.

    I have very thin hair hair that shredded from hair extensions. So I was using the regular Moroccan on the sides and ends but ran out and accidentally bought the light. I don't think it works as well as the regular even on my thin shredded hair. It works fine for lightly coating the ends
