
Creamy Green Smoothie Bowl

Bowl
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk (or dairy milk of choice)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 kiwi (peeled)
- 2 Tbsp. hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1 serving collagen protein powder (optional)
Toppings
- 1/2 banana (sliced)
- 1/2 kiwi (peeled and cubed)
- Sprinkle hemp seeds
- Blend together ice, milk, half banana, kiwi, hemp seeds, spinach and optional collagen protein.
- Pour into bowl. Top with banana slices, kiwi slices and sprinkle of hemp seeds.
