I have tried both powder and tablet by Now Foods. I definitely feel more difference in the result, with the powder being better, in terms of improved energy level and staying regular. I do not enjoy the taste of it. It's the kind what they call an "aquired taste." I can tolerate it because I do not expect it taste good knowing what it is made of. However I generally am able to adept to the taste of most things when I believe it works in improving my well being. I still use the tablets when I am too busy to mix the powder.
