Protein Banana Pudding Parfaits

- 1-1/2 cups plain skyr Icelandic yogurt
- 1-2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 vanilla bean (cut and scraped)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 cups granola
- Sprinkle cinnamon
- In food processor or blender, combine skyr, honey, bananas, cream, vanilla bean scrapings and vanilla extract and blend together into pudding.
- Into two containers of choice, add 1 cup granola, half of pudding mixture and several dashes of cinnamon.
