The only lip balm I’ve used for 10 years!

The best lip balm I’ve ever used and once I found it, I used it for 10 years straight! It is so incredibly SMOOTH and hydrating. Turned my penny-counting boyfriend onto it because he was a chapstick fiend and he was obsessed - always had at least 5 of these so he wouldn’t run out and could overlook the price tag due to the quality (shocker). Please bring this back!! It’s an amazing product!!!

This is the ONLY lip balm that has ever worked for me, without having to reapply every hour of the day!!! PLEASE BRING THIS BACK. It is the reason I started buying lots of other Kiehl's products and I always told everyone about it. THIS IS A HUGE MISTAKE TO DISCONTINUE. This is your gateway product for MEN.

Bring it back!

This is the best go-to lip balm for men. It’s long lasting, narrow tube for an everyday, all day, carry. It doesn’t leave a feeling or taste like so many others. Why why why would you do this. As a long term loyal customer, I’m frustrated enough I might need to start diversifying. Every year or two you discontinue the products we use that work! First it was the cannabis facial wash series - now this. If you’re not planning on continuing creating men's focused lines, just tell us and we’ll search for something else. So disappointed and frustrated. Wishing I’d bought more that four for this winter.

Huge mistake discontinuing this!!

What the heck? How could you get rid of the only lip balm that doesn’t leave a shine. This stuff was so good. What a bummer you cancelled it.
