I've frequently purchased this magnesium supplement, which I find helpful for falling asleep. It effectively calms my mind, especially when thoughts race at bedtime. A useful tip for it is to take it just before getting into bed. Previously, I would take it about an hour before sleep, but that wasn't effective for me. Now, taking it immediately before lying down has improved its effectiveness significantly, working about 95% of the time.
