Junk

I bought the Keurig 425 and the regular pods don't fit it / or am I missing something - why would keurig do something so stupid / the 425 is very expensive and that makes no sense - I think there should be more reuseable pods - help the environment would you please

Work great, then break

I love Keurig products since I LOVE coffee but can only drink 1-2 cups per day, but I really hate the wastefulness of the K-cups and really wanted a more waste-conscious way to make coffee. Enter the reusable filters. I loved the ones I used with my 1.0 machine. After buying my 2.0 machine and discovering they did not fit, I waited MONTHS for Keurig to release a reusable filter compatible with those machines, since I love the single-cup brewer but hate the waste of the pods. I nearly took the 2.0 back to buy an older model just to be able to use a refillable cup, since the sensors don't permit the use of unlicensed products. Finally these came out and I immediately bought them. I've had 4 of these cups in the last 8 months. I buy them 2 at a time (so one is in use while the other is being washed). The lids start to show stress after about a month of once-daily use, and then invariably crack and break after about 3 months of once-daily use. The lids have to be twisted to "lock" before using and they crack, then break, always in the same place. It's dismaying to have such a poorly designed accessory for such an otherwise excellent machine, especially since the My K-Cup for the 1.0 brewers worked so well. Not a good value for the price.

Poor quality

I purchased these inserts in July and soon after I purchased them the tops started to crack and now both have a piece broken off, which allows the coffee grounds to come over the top and into my cup. I believe the tops are cheaply made so I have to go back to my old reliable coffee brewer and forget about Kerig altogether. This is the 4th Kerig and each has had numerous different problems. I am very disappointed in all of the Kerig products. They aren't worth what a regular coffeemaker costs. Next time I will get something I can count on. I do not recommend these K-Cups replacements. I thought I was buying quality and get disappointed each time. I have learned my lesson and there won't be another Kerig in my home.

way too much silt passes through

i have used this filter as well as the salmon colored aftermarket filters. the Keurig brand passes an AWFUL lot of "silt" through the filter which ends up in my coffee cup. the aftermarket filter passes no silt at all. why......because the after market filter supports the use of a paper insert much like the one used by traditional coffee makers. the Keurig relies on a metal screen. this seems odd to me because, if you cut open a K-Pod, you will see that it, too, uses a paper insert just like a traditional coffee maker uses. this product would be greatly enhanced if it was made to allow the user the option to use a paper insert or go with the use of the screen only. i realize that i am in the minority in my opinion of this product but in my opinion the design of this product is lacking. i ditched it and continue to use the aftermarket filters and the paper inserts.

Reusable K-Cup Coffee Filters

I enjoy my Keurig 2.0. I am also grateful for the K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter. I like being to brew my own coffee blends instead of just being limited to the pre-packaged K-Cups. Reusable Coffee Filters are a great idea Keurig. Kudos to you! Thank you for developing such a great product.

Terrible Product

I've had to buy 3 of these in 4 months. The tops ALWAYS break. I didn't even wash this one before the top broke this time. Keurig, your review page is full of this complaint. Why are you not fixing this?? At least let me buy a pack of freaking tops in bulk so I can swap them out when your ill-fitting product snaps. Or better yet, how about you fix the problem? It doesn't appear to be that hard. The top of this filter is too thick; closing the machine is putting too much pressure on the plastic and it's snapping. We know you make more $$ the more of these you sell, but at least let us use the things for 90 days before they break...

Over-priced relative to quality and utility

Purchased Keurig 2.0 K200 Plus. Packaging does not include user guide. No explanation for inserting parts found in the packaging. On-line user guide not easily accessible from Keurig website. Some download servers require passing credit card information. Interoperability restrictions not printed on outside of box. Cheap plastic construction. Exorbitant costs for accessory parts such as reusable pods.
