    This does not have a chalky taste and I love it! It is helping me to get feeling better and add on some weight that is much needed. Depends on how you use it as far as weight gain. I add fruit and yogurt to it for a really thick smoothie. Yum!

    With the bad reviews I was ready to have a bad experience; however it turned out to be good. I used a cup of reduced fat milk and the shake turned out creamy with a subtle hint of peanut butter, I couldn't perceive the chocolate flavor but that's fine. I didn't feel the chalky texture that everybody mentions in their review, I will definitively be getting more of these packets.

    I like the flavor of the peanut butter, I have to eat Gluten Free and do not like to have all my protein be just meat alone. I do mix it with the Nature's Plus "Source of Life" Powder which has alot of vitamins and minerals in it and is gluten free as well. I mix half water and half milk, it tastes better than just adding all water. Using all water sometimes kills the taste.
