    I suffered with fissures for quite a long time. Nothing really seemed to do more than treat the symtoms vs. really making the problem go a way. Then I tried two things, Thayers Witch Hazel and this. Used together the relief was immediate and within two weeks I was essentially pain free and very much on the mend. I am very happy I tried this product. I would reccomend it to those that have had little relief using other methods.
