- Reviewed in the United States on January 4, 2011Just like the title says, who in their right mind would give up this intriguing masterpiece. As true as the title Judgement, Rage, Retribution & Thyme says, this is what this album truly is. I still thank the title is really stupid. Who, talks about a cow. Probably cows.
This album is just brilliant and ingeniously played. Man, I can't describe how good the riffs are on Execution Style or on 1995. I hate the last track, because this cost me watching the Steve Wilko's show. I hate that this band named the title's its title. Not up there exactly with Pearl Jam, put really great at the angry, fierce direction. Every track gets a 10, except the last one, 9.5.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2017This is the 3rd Mudhoney album I bought and I think it is just about as good as their first two. Pretty much no-holds-barred approach to songwriting, with Mark Arm sounding as "crazy drunk man"-like as ever. Love it. One thing I don't understand though- track 13 seems to be nothing but the entire album played backwards. Not sure why they would use that much space on a CD for one long backwards track. Oh well, if you don't like it, simply don't listen to it!
- Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2015This is one of Mudhoney's best albums. Highly recommended if you like Mudhoney.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 28, 2000I'm not sure if John from London is listening to the same disk (see the review above), but this is great stuff. Exceptional material played with all power, emotion, fuzz and distortion typical of Mudhoney. If you already know and love Mudhoney you probably already own this. If not, do yourself a favor and buy it. Better than 95% of the garbage being passed as rock music today. The CD even comes with a surprise ending!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 14, 2018I love this album and was looking forward to the limited edition white vinyl, which it is not. It is 180gram black vinyl. Also, the top of the jacket was torn. Looks as though the 7" may have torn it somehow. Not to worried about that.

- Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2010I guess I am not qualified to argue the finer points of Mudhoney. Let's face it, they aren't a very sophisticated band but all of their albums are good for the kind of music they turn out. I really don't like one much better than the other but I do like them all. Fans, of course, and rightly so, would be able to argue that one is better than the other but, for me, I like them all because, unlike bands of their ilk like the Stone Temple Pilots, Sound Garden, and Pearl Jam, they don't take themselves seriously, the drumming on all of their albums is much much better then those other bands, and they have a sense of humor. This might upset you to read this but brother, hey, it's only Mudhoney, don't have a cow.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 18, 2007Not as good as EGBDF or Superfuzz, but then again not much is...This album has some great stuff on it. Way better than piece of cake!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 16, 2012Bought the album going on a month ago, still haven't received it, so there's one star down. I'm sure I'll love it when it finally does get here

5.0 out of 5 stars Clássico
Mudhoney é um clássico pré-grunge, então é uma banda histórica. Disco muito bom para nossas coleções.
