Ubisoft's fitness series dedicated to helping gamers lose weight and stay in shape returns to the Wii with more personal trainers and a new focus on dietary choices in My Fitness Coach 2: Exercise and Nutrition. Players are guided through a fitness regimen by one of four different trainers, each offering more than 80 distinct exercises, and there are 25 specific goals set aside for both men and women, such as losing weight, lowering cholesterol, and getting in shape for the holidays. The new focus on nutrition is anchored by more than 130 healthful recipes that can be tailored to fit personalized workout plans and reflect individual tastes, while weekly menus and shopping lists are designed to keep gamers on task.
