The Madden series makes its second appearance on Wii with a retooled control scheme designed to draw new players into the gridiron action. Dubbed "Family Play," the controls are all mapped to the Wii Remote with the majority of advanced maneuvers automatically handled by the computer AI. Grizzled Madden vets can still choose the "Advanced" option, which supports the Nunchuk for analog-based moves and new motion-sensitive audibles, and the Wii Remote for gesture-based actions such as throwing or catching the ball.
