Tequila Cabeza is made from 100% blue agave expertly grown by the vivanco family, 5th generation agaveros. This single estate tequila begins with agave grown in the high altitudes of arandas where the soil provides rich minerality while the cool nights impart fruitier notes. The pinas are brick oven roasted and slowly fermented during winter months for deeper character and more robust agave flavors.
