The Mucinex Expectorant Bi-Layer Tablets are fast working, cold relief medicines which relieve chest congestion by thinning and loosening mucus. The pack consists of twenty bi-layer tablets. The first layer of the tablet starts working as soon as it s ingested while the extended effect of the second layer stays for twelve hours.
