COLOUR RESTORE COOL ASH TONER - By Scott Cornwall This ash based hair toner is designed for mid blonde and brunette depths and is particularly effective at creating ultra-ash tones in highlights in addition to its primary purpose of removing unwanted rusty, copper and orange tones in coloured hair. Developed by hair expert Scott Cornwall, the product is a multi-use item and has a high conditioning base, designed to hydrate the hair as it deposits the colour molecule and neutralises unwanted warm and copper tones. Simple to use, apply as you would a regular conditioner and leave on the hair for up to 20 minutes to neutralise unwanted warmth and create cool hair colour effects.
