In recent Bionicle lore, the Visorak are spider-like creatures who have taken over the city of Metru Nui and encased it in a shroud of webs. When the Toa Metru reappear in the city, the Visorak attack and their poisonous venom strips the Toa of their mask powers, forcing them to rely on their spinners as weapons. This 47-piece model builds the Vohtarak, a vicious species of Visorak that fires paralyzing poison from its deadly pincers.
