"Bloodborne" for PS4 allows players to create their own custom character before getting down to business, guiding new characters through an uncomfortable blood transfusion and ending with a horrifying cut scene that helps set the scene for what to expect in "Bloodborne Nightmare Edition". While "Bloodborne" for PS4 has an excellent variety of offline modes to keep solo players entertained for hours, there are multiplayer features to take advantage of as well. Of course, like any PS4 game, online multiplayer will require a PlayStation Plus subscription, but this is not necessary to enjoy the offline story.
