Kid versions of famous Major League Baseball pros join the neighborhood gang for another season of the national pastime in Backyard Baseball '10. As in earlier editions in Humongous Entertainment's long-running sports series, the game follows the real-life rules of baseball, but offers options for power-ups and other extracurricular abilities, and features adjustable difficulty settings for players of a range of skills and ages. The game's control scheme has been refined from the previous year's editions, and new fields, lighting options, and play-by-play commentary update the game's presentation.
