Sie lässt sich einfach in den 12x12mm-Anschluss vom Follow Focus einstecken und ohne Hilfsmittel wieder entfernen: Man braucht sie nur kräftig ziehen, um die Fokus-Peitsche zu entfernen. Mit dieser Fokuswelle kann der Kameraassistent bei Film- und Videoaufnahmen die Schärfezieheinrichtung aus größerem Abstand bedienen.
