A lovely small red box that opens up ingeniously, almost like a flower, containing 12 small delicious pralines, chocolate truffles of the following varieties: praline of dark chocolate with almond filling, milk chocolate with gianduja filling, white chocolate with hazelnut filling. These chocolates have a delicate chocolate layer on the outside giving you a wonderful melt-in-your-mouth experience and a rich, creamy filling that will linger on your tongue for a while. In 1998 Cecilia Tessieri turned a dream into a reality; in 1990 she started making pralines in a small workshop of only 45 square meters with just one employee and 7 years later, after discovering all of the precious secrets of chocolate, she started Amedei, named after her maternal grandmother.
