Xseed's action RPG series makes its Vita debut with its usual blend of fantasy archetypes and level grinding, and a new, somewhat risqué Red Light District in which to recruit attractive females in Valhalla Knights 3. Players take on the role of an adventurer from a far away land who is searching for a long-lost treasure, and gamers can create a custom character from seven different races (Beast, Dwarf, Elf Hobbit, Human, Machine, and Nightmare), seven classes (Akatoki, Archer, Fighter, Mage, Priest, Prisoner, and Thief), eight active skills, and four passive skills.

From their base of operations, players can manage their party, acquire quests, and buy or sell equipment and loot.
