D3Publisher's frantic third-person shooter series returns with more destructible environments and outsized alien invaders in Earth Defense Force 2025. Fittingly set eight years after the destruction of the alien mothership in Earth Defense Force 2017, the game finds a new threat in the form of massive aliens and insects emerging from underground. Players can choose from four soldier classes and a variety of difficulty levels, wield hundreds of different guns, and collect valuable power-ups as they blast hordes of foes through dozens of missions in an attempt to save the world.
