Gamers can experience the other side of the perpetual conflict at the core of Ubisoft's historically themed open-world action series as they take control of Assassin-turned-Templar Shay Patrick Cormac in Assassin's Creed: Rogue. Set in the midst of the French and Indian War, Rogue lets players control Shay as he evolves from a dedicated Assassin into a killer who hunts his former brethren, and the action moves from the crowded streets of 18th-century New York City to the river valleys of colonial America and out into the iceberg-laden waters of the North Atlantic Ocean.

Being both a Templar and a former Assassin means Shay has unique weapons and abilities, including a grenade launcher and an air rifle that can be used to fire off various projectiles and enhanced eagle vision that lets him detect hiding Assassins.
